We’re proud to be elite partners with TikTok (Top 1 globally), Meta (Top 10), and Google.With a team of 250+ professionals across the U.S., the Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, and more, we are building a fast-moving, data-first performance culture.Now we’re looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Agency team and ensure strict adherence to Facebook and TikTok advertising policies across client accounts.Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily reviews of client ad accounts (Facebook / TikTok).Identify potential policy violations and proactively notify clients about risks.Ensure strict compliance with TikTok Advertising Policies.Monitor Facebook Ads Policies, maintaining flexibility only within allowed limits.Record all findings and violations in structured internal reports.Communicate with clients regarding creative or setup issues.Handle support interactions and unban requests when required.Requirements:Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.Self-discipline and ability to work independently.Stress resilience and clear, professional communication.Openness to feedback and readiness to learn.Goal-oriented and systematic work approach.Nice to Have:Basic understanding of Facebook or TikTok advertising.Experience in moderation, compliance, or support communication.Familiarity with advertising policy logic and platform regulationsWe Offer:Fully remote workPaid vacation and sick leaveLaptop and all necessary equipment providedFriendly and supportive team environmentKindly review our company policies and GDPR compliance by following the link below:https://www.sbc-performance.co...
