Learn more.As a Compositing Supervisor, you will oversee the compositing team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. Your expertise in compositing and production methodologies will guide the team to resolve creative and technical challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Production and other Creative teams to achieve the goals of the projectEnsure Deliveries are completed to the highest standards and consistency, both technically and creativelyAssist in planning and coordination of Compositing DeliveriesManage a team of Compositors across global studiosMonitor the team's progress and help diagnose and solve problemsRecognize knowledge gaps and actively collaborate with the team to find solutionsOn-the-box compositing of complex shots (live action sourced and/or full CG)Utilize and share core knowledge of 2D image manipulation processes such as tracking, color correction, depth of field, retiming, warping, and photographic optical effects to achieve photorealistic compositesDevelop production methodologies and creative approaches in anticipation of and to resolve problemsProvide input to Head of 2D on Compositor performance, compositing pipeline, and workflowsQualifications7+ years live-action feature film or episodic compositing experienceExpert Nuke skills and knowledge of compositing workflowsExpert understanding of 3D computer graphics, including modeling, lighting, and animationOutstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skillsAbility and desire to engage in positive collaboration and communicate effectivelyAdvanced knowledge and experience using Shotgrid/Flow or other VFX Production tracking softwareExperience creating written or video recorded training materialsTraditional art, photography, and film background (preferred)Python, Blinkscript, or C++ experience (preferred)Nuke particle experience (preferred) OCIO/ACES Color Config and management experience (preferred)360 VR or Array Compositing experience (preferred)컴포지팅 슈퍼바이저는 팀의 전체 작업을 관리하며, 고품질의 결과물이 시간 내에 제공될 수 있도록 팀을 이끕니다. 전문적인 컴포지팅 기술과 작품에 대한 깊은 이해는 팀이 직면한 창의적이고 기술적인 도전들을 해결하는 데 책임집니다.담당업무프로덕션, 크리에이티브 팀과 협업하여 프로젝트 목표 달성기술적, 창의적으로 높은 품질과 일관성을 유지하여 맡은 시간 내 작업완료컴포지팅 일정 계획 및 조율 지원글로벌 스튜디오에 소속된 컴포지터 팀 관리팀의 작업 진행 상황 모니터링 및 문제해결경험과 경력의 차이를 인지하고 팀과 함께 문제 해결복잡한 샷 (라이브 액션 소스나 풀 CG)에 대한 직접적인 컴포지팅 작업트래킹, 색상보정, 심도, 리타이밍, 왜곡 및 사진 효과등을 활용하여 포토리얼리즘 샷 구현프로덕션 제작 방법을 개발하고 창의적인 접근으로 문제를 사전 예측, 해결2D 헤드에게 컴포지터 결과물과 파이프라인 그리고 워크플로우에 대한 피드백 제공자격요건7년 이상의 실사 장편 영화 또는 에피소드 컴포지팅 경력Nuke 전문기술 및 워크플로우에 대한 이해모델링, 라이팅, 애니메이션 등 3D 컴퓨터 그래픽에 대한 전문 지식뛰어난 리더십, 조직 관리 및 시간 관리 능력긍정적인 협업에 적극적으로 참여하고 효과적으로 의사소통 할 수 있는 능력과 의지Shotgrid/Flow등 VFX 제작 추적 소프트웨어 사용 경험문서 또는 영상형태의 교육 자료를 제작한 경험순수 예술, 사진 그리고 영화 관련 배경 (우대)Python, BlinkScript 혹은 C++ 경험 (우대)Nuke 파티클 경험 (우대)OCIO/ACES 색상 구성 및 관리 경험 (우대)360VR 혹은 Array 컴포지팅 경험 (우대)About UsEyeline is a global creative studio partnering with storytellers to turn their ambitions into stunning reality.
