POSITION SUMMARYThe Project Coordinator temporary position will be responsible for ensuring on time delivery and execution of various “in flight” projects on the Inclusion & Belonging team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the team leaders to assist with ensuring all actions, milestones and deliverables are executed to meet the needs of our Team as well as our internal and external stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Communications:
• Route communication tickets to the appropriate member of the team to take appropriate action• Track and report on delivery time of all I&B Team Content Management activities• Support Inclusion & Belonging Team 5S ProjectAssociate Resource Groups: • Source, organize, and provide membership rosters/list to our Associate Resource Groups monthly, according to standard work• Track and report membership information monthly to team• Gather and compile all key performance indicator data for team and small group meetings• Support end of year performance management reporting and completion process• Support data gathering for active member analysis• Support Sr. Program Manager and Sr.
Director with special projects as neededQUALIFICATIONSThe successful candidate must: • Solid understanding of Excel and PowerPoint• Have excellent communications and strong analytical skills• Be a team player and collaborator• Have excellent time management, ability to multitask, and deliver results• Be comfortable adapting to fast‐paced, dynamic environment• Have a high degree of discretion, integrity, judgment, professionalism• Self-starter and proactively seeking support and guidance when needed
