About the Role: Client is expanding its Shop & Deliver service, and we’re building a dedicated team to make sure every delivery is completed successfully—with no missed orders. As a Live Operations Associate, you’ll play a critical role by directly supporting our delivery drivers (Dashers), helping solve issues in real time, and ensuring high-quality service. You’ll use communication and problem-solving skills to prevent or fix delivery problems and become an expert on our tools, systems, and workflows. What You’ll Do:
Call or message Dashers proactively to confirm order details and provide clear instructionsHelp resolve any issues that could delay or impact deliveriesFollow and improve workflows that keep operations running smoothly and on timeSpot recurring issues and share feedback with internal teams to improve our serviceBuild deep knowledge of our product, tools, and support systemsBe a key player on a small, high-impact team focused on world-class customer serviceWho We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience2+ years in a fast-paced customer service role (tech, retail, grocery, or hospitality)Self-motivated, organized, and can work independentlyCreative thinker who can solve problems even without a set processFluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable with tech tools and can type at least 40 WPMProficient in Google Sheets and other online platformsBonus Points If You: Have experience with G-Suite, Slack, Salesforce, or Atlassian toolsHave worked in grocery, retail, or convenience delivery
