Project Manager

One of my client, a leading consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within a consulting environment and exhibit exceptional proficiency in Japanese. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and will play a critical role in managing relationships, expectations, and project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among team members.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and effectively addressing concerns and feedback. Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately. Evaluate project outcomes, reporting on successes and areas for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of proven experience in project management within a consulting environment. High fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent proficiency) is mandatory. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
