Lead end-to-end delivery of data and technology projects across business unitsFacilitate Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project methodologiesIdentify and remove project impediments to ensure team efficiencyCoach and mentor teams on Agile practices and project managementManage stakeholder communication and align expectationsOversee resource planning, budgeting, and risk mitigationSupport implementation of DevOps practices and continuous improvementConduct training sessions to enhance agile maturity across teamsSolid background in IT project management or Scrum Master rolesBilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (business level)Comfortable working with both Agile and traditional project methodologiesProven track record of delivering full-cycle IT projectsKnowledgeable in areas such as data platforms, CRM, R&D, or enterprise systemsExperienced with tools like Jira and other project tracking systemsSkilled in leading meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaborationStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesAdaptable to global, multicultural work environmentsBonus:
