Job Description

Purpose of Position:The role of the Computing Support Tutor is to assess, research, document, teach and support student learning in the part-time computing programmes on offer in the School of Computing.Reporting to:Dean of the School of ComputingKey Relationships:Dean of School of ComputingVice-Dean of School of ComputingHead of Cloud Competency CentreComputing Support Tutor Faculty in the School StudentsAssociate Faculty Programme Co-ordinators Student Services Key Responsibilities:Provide support for students on NCI ICT Skills programmes in all academic matters.Coordination and provision of support in a wide range of technical and non-technical subjects for part-time students at NCI.Provision of tutorials and lectures on a group and individual basis.
