We primarily act as trustees for Employee Benefit Trusts (EBTs), helping companies reward, incentivize, and retain their employees through share ownership.
You'll engage with a diverse portfolio of trusts, from straightforward setups to highly complex arrangements, some benefiting entire employee groups and others tailored for senior executives. Beyond this, we also provide essential administration services for offshore trusts and companies, predominantly supporting clients' financial planning needs, alongside a variety of other fascinating purposes. A role you will loveAs a Senior Trust Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of client satisfaction, managing around 30 key accounts and serving as the primary operational contact.
This dynamic role involves close collaboration with clients and UK Client Managers to define and document processes, ensuring service levels consistently exceed expectations. You'll also play a crucial part in the smooth and timely onboarding of new Channel Island Trust business, from reviewing documentation to coordinating with the Trustee Team and Compliance. It's a chance to apply your expertise, lead by example, and continuously enhance our client service. Project manage new and existing processes for key corporate events, attending client meetings to ensure exceptional service.
Coach and support Trust Account Managers, fostering high levels of personal commitment and independent thinking. Review and challenge existing processes to improve efficiency and delivery for both clients and the business. Demonstrate fiduciary responsibility, always protecting the interests of clients, your team, and the business. Manage your workload strategically to meet objectives and uphold service quality standards. Provide leadership to maintain strong team morale and drive outstanding client service.
What will you bring to the role? We're looking for a proactive, self-sufficient individual who can hit the ground running and quickly grasp the business implications of their decisions, all while enhancing organisational performance. You'll be a natural leader, inspiring strong team morale and personal commitment within your colleagues. Extensive experience in Trust and Company administration, with EBT experience being highly desirable. Comprehensive understanding of share plan structures and their generic features. Sound knowledge of the role of an offshore trustee in client corporate actions.
Familiarity with statutory and regulatory requirements for Jersey companies and trusts, plus awareness of other jurisdictions. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
