This role is specifically designed for those who thrive in the fast-paced environment of the tourism and hospitality industry.

As a part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring that their journey with us is nothing short of remarkable. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound contacts via phone, chat, or email to resolve issues and address complaints professionally. Stay focused and organized to ensure customer requests are managed efficiently. Conduct occasional outbound calls to confirm issue resolution. Collaborate with team leaders to report new issues and improve customer experiences. Maintain a high level of professionalism and foster positive relationships with every caller. Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage customer interactions.

Key Competencies and Qualifications: Customer Focus & Empathy: Focused on Client Service with at least 6 months of experience in Customer Care or a similar customer-facing field such as tourism and hospitality. A core competency, alongside strong attention to detail, is a plusLanguage Proficiency: Proficient in Italian and English (minimum B2 level). Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM. Stress Management: Ability to handle stressful situations with composure. Industry Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in tourism or hospitality. Efficiency & Cooperation: Work fast, effectively, and in harmony with team leaders and colleagues. Problem-Solving: Strong skills to assess and resolve issues quickly.

Team Player: Share information and best practices with colleagues and superiors. Education: Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma.
