As a Quality Evaluator, you will be at the helm of ensuring excellence in customer-related quality processes. Your expertise will help shape the skills and competencies within our teams, contributing directly to business results and client satisfaction. Your role will involve: Evaluating and Enhancing Quality Processes: Assess adherence and efficiency of key customer-related quality processes to achieve business results and client satisfaction across multiple accounts within a single region. Driving Process Improvements: Initiate quality process changes to meet desired business goals and enhance client and customer satisfaction. Participating in Call Monitoring:

Engage in call monitoring sessions and support root cause analysis to improve outcomes. Analyzing Quality Metrics: Review results and trends, and lead performance improvement initiatives across assigned accounts. Providing Strategic Feedback: Offer insights to stakeholders on quality results and trends, recommending organizational changes as needed. Supporting Management Focus: Work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain focus on key drivers, metrics, and operational processes. Maintaining Quality Governance: Oversee activities related to process documentation, staff onboarding, career paths, and reporting standards. Ensuring Data Integrity: Maintain the integrity of quality data reporting, including process inputs, validation checks, and output alignment.
