Hiring: Experienced Freelance Concept Artist | Remote OpportunityZoe Studios is seeking an experienced Freelance Concept Artist to join our team for an exciting new project: a brand-new chess-based mobile game. This is a fully remote position.We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can maintain a professional demeanor and contribute to our game's unique artistic vision.What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities)Create high-quality concept art for UI elements, environments, props, visual themes, and characters.Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance ideation, generate variations, and accelerate creative workflows.Maintain consistency with the project’s artistic vision and overall brand aesthetics.Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.What We Are Looking For (Requirements)5+ years of experience as a Concept Artist or Illustrator in the gaming or entertainment industries.Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite or equivalent digital painting tools.Deep understanding of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling.Proven ability to create concepts that effectively communicate gameplay, atmosphere, and mood.Advantages:3D capability is a strong advantage.Experience with AI-based creative tools is a strong advantage.Application DetailsA portfolio demonstrating UI layouts, environment, props, and character concept work is required for consideration.Interested candidates are invited to contact me via LinkedIn or better yet through my Email at yael@zoe-studios.com
