Job DescriptionThe Concept Designer translates the business Value Proposition into innovative digital solutions addressing both user and business needs. This includes defining the “big picture,” conceptualizing user interactions across complex digital ecosystems (web, mobile apps, employee interfaces), and delivering tangible concept reports for stakeholders.Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:Gather requirements from stakeholders (ideation, workshops, interviews).Collect insights from user testing, benchmarking, and data analytics.Represent the voice of the customer while aligning with business needs.Curate Information Architecture (categorize and structure content for intuitive usability).Draft high-level wireframes (low fidelity).Analyze the impact of proposed solutions against current metrics.Deliver a comprehensive concept report detailing research, user flows, and recommendations.Lead ideation phase and support UX/UI designers post-validation.Mandatory Skills & CompetenciesTechnical / Craft Skills:Experience in ideation with stakeholders (individually and in groups).Comfortable working in an Agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, Spotify model).Mobile-first mindset and accessibility considerations.Strong command of English (C1 level).Good understanding of French or Dutch (B1/B2).Nice to Have SkillsAdvanced expertise in wireframing and UX tools.Experience with complex digital ecosystems in financial services.Familiarity with digital channels for both customers and employees.Experience in accessibility-first design.
