Role OverviewAs a Brand Manager at Concepta, you will own the end-to-end strategy for a portfolio of products. From concept to market launch, you will oversee positioning, pricing, and performance, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to driving results in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Ownership:
Manage product strategy, market research, differentiation, and portfolio adjustments based on competition and trends. Market & Consumer Analytics: Analyze customer behavior, segment opportunities, and market trends to drive growth. P&L Management: Own revenue and profitability targets, collaborating with finance and Amazon teams to optimize pricing, margins, and advertising. Go-to-Market Execution: Plan and execute product launches, lifecycle strategies, and sales campaigns in collaboration with PPC and Amazon teams. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, adjust strategies, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Customer Insights & Reviews: Continuously monitor reviews and competitor positioning to refine products and messaging. Creative & Campaign Support:
Brief and guide creative teams to ensure brand consistency across PPC, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon listings. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead alignment between PPC, design, supply chain, and Amazon teams to deliver results. What We Are Looking For. . . Hard Skills: Experience with market and consumer analytics, identifying growth opportunities. Proven record in product development, from concept to launch. P&L ownership and execution of sales and promotional plans. Expertise in go-to-market strategies, unit economics, and cross-functional coordination. Skilled in content and listing optimization, brand storytelling, and conversion-focused creative direction. Strong project and team management capabilities.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and platform algorithms is a plus. Soft Skills: Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving. Customer-focused mindset, driven to improve user experience and satisfaction. Clear communicator, comfortable presenting strategies and performance updates. Strong analytical and time-management skills, able to juggle multiple timelines. Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic e-commerce environment. Fluent English (C1 level) for daily communication. Education: Practical marketing foundation through formal education, professional courses, or self-study. Hands-on experience in brand or product management can offset a traditional marketing degree.
