Job Description

DescriptionThe HR Coordinator contract position will be in person at our Corporate Offices in St. Louis MO, with the option to work a hybrid schedule. The person in this role must be willing and able to work in local offices 1-3x a week and occasionally more as needed. Responsibilities: As a contract HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to multiple cross functional HR related functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing HR administrative support related to personnel record maintenance, files, system data entry, and the administrative onboarding functions for new employees.

The Human Resources Coordinator also processes forms, completes required documentation, and handles various data entry tasks. In supporting the HR function, the coordinator will work closely with Talent Acquisition recruiting professionals, hiring managers, candidates, and the extended Workforce Services team, to support the recruitment and hiring process. This position may also be called upon to support other team members by hosting onsite events/activities and engagement celebrations. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and build experience across multiple HR functions.

The ideal candidate will be an individual who is able to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously, while demonstrating initiative, strong results orientation, and flexibility. Additional responsibilities may include: • Facilitate a smooth and efficient recruitment process experience in direct partnership with Talent Acquisition and the HR team. • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on calendar management and scheduling for video and onsite interviews. • Build expertise in iCIMS ATS, track job requisitions and process candidates ensure a white glove candidate experience • Create offer letters with accuracy and efficiency. • Initiate background checks and drug screening processes for all new hires.

Monitor and provide updates in accordance with established procedures. • Process new hire COBRA reimbursements. • Manage HR responsibilities related to new hires including but not limited to, email communications to new hire and managers, the hiring of employees in Workday, completion of new hire paperwork, providing coordination support for New Hire Orientation sessions, etc. • Create, update, and maintain personnel records and human resources related files. • Safeguard and consistently maintain highly confidential information. • Provide support to all levels of employees by answering basic questions on benefits and policy information; monitor Workforce Services mailbox and respond accordingly.

• Support the HR Generalists with FMLA case coordination and administration, and leave-of-absence requests following standard procedures. • Generate and validate accuracy of standard & ad hoc weekly/monthly reports in response to organizational needs and legal compliance requirements. • Assist with disseminating human resources policies and procedures through employee publications, communications, and/or meetings. • Assist with onsite or virtual event coordination and HR program maintenance. • Order floral arrangements for employee events. • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Knowledge Skills and Abilities required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees and leadership • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information • Must work effectively with HR cross functional teams and other departments within the organization while also working independently • Ability to comprehend and interpret general benefits/policy related topics • Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task • Possess professional demeanor and a strong grasp of corporate culture and protocol • Strong problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment • Sense of urgency for quick turnaround on requests and follow through to completion • Demonstrates initiative and creativity • Flexibility and adjusting to an evolving landscape and changing HR needs and priorities • Qualifications Required:

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U. S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future • 1+ years of experience in a HR and/or TA related function at a coordinator level or above • Experience with office administration, data entry, and strong proficiency in HR systems • Providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced level with Microsoft Outlook and intermediate level with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday and Dayforce • Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems • Experience with scheduling interviews and calendar coordination • Experience running standard and ad-hoc reports, and analysis • Experience with FMLA case coordination and administration
