Mô tả công việcAssist guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non-hotel relatedConduct effective shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are knownMaintain detailed knowledge of the activities of the day and alert to any potential problemsMaintain detailed knowledge of key occurrences in your city/location including directions to key points of interests, restaurants, theaters, shopping, cinemas, sporting and recreational facilities, banks, consulates, transport systems and special eventsMaintain adequate supplies of forms, brochures and ensure they are presented in line with hotel standardsConsult Log Book for information/request left by outgoing shiftManage all incoming guest mail, messages, tolexes, facsimiles and special deliveries, in accordance with policyManage outgoing guest mail, courier services, postage of parcels and freighting as directed by guestsMaintain order and security of guest keys and other selected keys kept in Front Office, ensuring key issue policy is followedReceive telephone calls and take messages for guests who are out, in accordance with hotel policyRecord incoming registered mail, telegram, parcel, tolex in appropriate fileNight staff chock mail, message of expected guests against the system/computer and expected arrivalsPrepare efficient work schedule for Bell staff, arranging holidays and vacations, taking into consideration projected occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with carly or late arrivals and departuresWorks with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needsWorks with Superior and Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department's budget.Yêu cầu công việcRequired SkillsCommunication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.Good writing skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office SystomProblem solving, organizational and training abilitiesQualifications-Diploma or Vacational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalentExperience1 years experience in concierge or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Tại sao bạn yêu thích làm việc tại đâyUniformDuty MoalsFull Insurance policy per current labor law.Accident Insurance 24/7Monthly service ChargeAnnual Health CheckParticipating job training, skill training by international hotel standardsHotel's ActivityOther bonofits per Vietnam labor law.
