Concrete Patcher/Renderer

We are currently seeking a highly experienced concrete patcher/renderer to start in Blacktown, identifying, assessing and completing repairs on precast concrete panels.Immediate start with ongoing work and daily overtime.$45-$50 plus penalties.Day shift. About The CompanyOur client are an Australian owned and operated Precast Concrete Manufacturer who supply to the construction industry in Sydney and NSW. You will be joining an experienced team of formworkers, steelfixers and concreters who strive to meet daily production targets and provide a great team working environment.About The RoleYou will be responsible for identifying, assessing and repairing all damage to precast panels prior to them leaving the warehouse. We require somebody who can take full ownership of the patching and defect process to manage all rectify all repairs in a safe and timely manner to ensure all panels leave the factory on time and ready to install on arrival to site.6:00am start Monday to Friday10-12 hour shifts.$45-50p/h plus OT rates.Immediate start with ongoing work and busy pipeline through to the end of next yearFull ownership of the repairs process.Great team environment.SkillsHighly experienced in concrete patching and repairs, specifically precast concrete panels.A solid understanding of how to treat, seal and join repairs.Excellent attention to detail and pride in the work you produce.Ability to follow instructions and work alone unsupervised.Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts.To apply for this role please send your resume to roddy@nowcareers.com.au
