We are part of the Saint-Gobain Group, a global leader in the development and distribution of innovative solutions for the construction industry. Send Your CV Only Below Mentioned E-mail                                                                                  Responsibilities….·      Conduct concrete mix design trials, testing, and performance evaluations in accordance with project specifications and standards.·      Provide technical support to project teams, ready-mix producers, and contractors to ensure consistent product quality and performance.·      Visit project sites regularly to monitor application practices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with technical parameters.·      Prepare detailed technical reports, site observations, and test summaries for internal and client reference.·      Support the technical sales and specification teams with mix optimization, value engineering, and problem-solving solutions.·      Organize and conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.·      Maintain close coordination with laboratory and R&D teams for product evaluation, innovation, and improvement.·      Ensure all testing, documentation, and procedures comply with relevant standards (ASTM, BS, EN, or local standards).·      Assist in developing new admixture formulations or system recommendations for challenging site conditions.·      Provide feedback to management regarding market needs, competitor technologies, and new opportunities.Qualification & Experience…….·      Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.·      Minimum 2–4 years of experience in concrete technology, quality control, or construction materials.·      Sound knowledge of concrete mix design principles, additives, and performance evaluation.·      Familiarity with concrete testing equipment and standards.·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.·      Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.·      Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.Key Competencies:·      Technical expertise in concrete materials and admixture systems.·      Ability to work independently and under pressure.·      Strong documentation and reporting skills.·      Customer-oriented approach with practical field insight.·      Commitment to safety and quality standards.What We Offer:·      Competitive remuneration package.·      Continuous technical and professional development opportunities.·       Exposure to large-scale projects and leading industry professionals.Email your CV to chamila.keerthisinghe@saint-gobain.com with recent photograph within 10 days of this application with two non-related referees.
