S. and Central America. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regional and U. S. regulations, and optimizing accounting processes to support informed executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead all accounting and tax compliance operations across the U. S.
and Central AmericaConsolidate regional financial statements and manage internal/external auditsEnsure compliance with GAAP, IRS, SAT, SAR, and other relevant regulationsSupervise the Accounts Payable and Collections teams, ensuring timely payments and effective receivables managementManage accounting teams in multiple countries and coordinate with U. S. -based external firmsImprove internal controls, financial processes, and reporting frameworksServe as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior/managerial roleProven track record in managing accounting operations in both the U. S. and Central AmericaExperience leading Accounts Payable and Collections departmentsAdvanced English (written and spoken) – mandatoryProficiency in SAP and QuickBooks – requiredStrong leadership, analytical thinking, and high integrity
