Job Title: HR Assistant (Construction Experience Required)Role Overview: We are seeking an HR Assistant with construction sector experience to support our large workforce. You will be key in managing HR administration, employee accommodations, and visa processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage HR data and generate reports using Oracle HRMS and Excel. Support employee accommodation and facilities management for the workforce. Coordinate with PRO teams on employee visas, work permits, and renewals. Assist with travel arrangements and relocation logistics. Help organize employee welfare and engagement programs. Ensure compliance with local Libyan labor laws. Qualifications:
2-3 years of HR or administrative experience, must be in the construction sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle HRMS (or similar HRIS). Experience with visa processing and workforce accommodations. English proficiency is preferred.
