Job Description

Real Estate Investment Associate / VPExperience: 7–10 yearsTeam: Real Assets / Real Estate InvestmentsKey Responsibilities: Investment Sourcing & ExecutionIdentify and evaluate direct real estate deals, co-investments, and fund opportunities across core, core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic strategies. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV), and investment due diligence. Prepare high-quality investment memos and proposals for internal committees and client presentation. Structure transactions in partnership with legal, tax, and advisory teams to ensure suitability for private clients. Portfolio Management & MonitoringOversee client-specific real estate allocations across multiple vehicles (direct, funds, co-investments). Monitor investment performance, cash flows, leasing activity, and capital events.

Track key metrics (IRR, NOI, occupancy, distributions) and provide performance updates and rebalancing recommendations. Maintain internal tools to monitor exposures, capital calls, distributions, and valuations. Client Advisory & ReportingWork closely with relationship managers and advisors to design and maintain real estate portfolios aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and estate planning needs. Draft and present customized investment reports, performance reviews, and market updates. Communicate real estate market trends, opportunities, and risk factors in a way that resonates with sophisticated private clients and family offices.

Due Diligence & Market ResearchConduct macro and micro real estate market analysis to identify attractive sectors and geographies. Evaluate fund managers, sponsors, and operators from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. Participate in manager and sponsor meetings to assess alignment, strategy, and execution capabilities. Governance, Compliance & OperationsEnsure all investments comply with firm policies, client mandates, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to manage documentation, reporting, and onboarding. Maintain robust records of investment recommendations, decisions, and performance metrics. Requirements: Experience in real estate private equity, REITs, asset management firms, or investment arms of developers.

Track record in executing direct or indirect real estate investments. Strong grasp of real estate valuation, structuring, and regulatory frameworks in GCC or global markets. Master’s in Finance, Real Estate, or RICS accreditation preferred.
