We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager with fluency in English to lead the operations of a high-end hospitality property. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in hotel management, operational excellence, and guest experience in a luxury environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day hotel operations across all departmentsDrive service excellence and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfactionOversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlImplement and maintain effective operational policies and proceduresLead, inspire, and develop a diverse team, ensuring strong employee engagement and performanceEnsure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and brand standardsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue growthRequirements: Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager/Resort Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.
Strong background in luxury hotels is highly preferredNative or fluent English speaker is essentialStrong leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsDegree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
