We are looking to hire an Admin and Contracts Executive with knowledge and experience in accommodation management. Leasing of new accommodation and renewal of existing on time and in accordance with the polices. Checking regularly with HC for new joiners for arranging accommodation. Maintain accommodation cleanliness, comply with health and safety standards, rules & regulations and pictorial presentation of these in respective camps. Monitor the cost and achieve the annual target. Accommodation maintenance record and quarterly sharing report with BU head. Monitor the occupancy and increase the utilization level. Submit feasibility studies whenever required.
Soft pack arranging for new staff and maintain a record of soft pack in camp. Maintaining monthly occupancy report and re- verifying the data with all the Bu’s and finance dept. Managing AMC contract with approved TFM suppliers. Arranging materials MR for non TFM contracts. Raise PRs, confirm the work completion and prepare GRNs.
