Job Overview: The Account assistant will be responsible for supporting the principal receivable process and act as first point of contact for all divisions and principals. This role will ensure all the mandatory requirements are fulfilled before raising principal claims. This roll will be also responsible for principal receivable collection on time and sorting out dispute with principals. Key Accountabilities:
To Act as first point of contact in receiving various Principal request and process the same Conflict/dispute resolutionTo be responsible for processing all the principal request and ensure claim are raised accurately on a timely basis as per the mandatory requirementTo lead in resolving any dispute with the principal against claim raised by provided proper supporting documentsTo assist in preparing monthly statement of account (SOA) for allocated PrincipalsQualification & Experience: BBA/BCOM/MBA or equivalent qualification with Finance as major subject. 3 years of experience as Accountant/Assistant AccountantExperience in Excel (advance), PowerPoint, ERP system, SAP will be added advantage.
