Job Description: General ResponsibilitiesServe as the central point of contact for the coordination, tracking, and processing of student applications across all programs. Ensure compliance with internal admissions criteria, regulatory standards, and data privacy requirements. Act as a liaison between prospective students, admissions officers, faculty reviewers, and administrative units. Collect and maintain up-to-date and organized records of all applications and supporting documents. Strategic ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and refinement of admissions workflows, documentation standards, and communication protocols.

Support the digitization and automation of the admissions process through implementation of CRM and student information systems. Provide data and operational insights to inform decision-making and enhance the applicant experience. Assist in planning for admissions cycles in alignment with institutional academic calendars and strategic enrollment goals. Operational ResponsibilitiesOversee the timely receipt, logging, and verification of application materials including transcripts, portfolios, recommendation letters, and test scores. Coordinate application reviews with faculty and admissions committees, ensuring deadlines are met. Track application statuses, communicate updates to applicants, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare regular reports on application volume, processing status, acceptance rates, and any operational issues. Support interview and assessment coordination when required (e. g. , scheduling auditions, portfolio reviews, or interviews for creative programs). Ensure the archiving and documentation of completed application cycles in accordance with organizational policy and data protection laws. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Industry Experience 5+ years of experience in admissions or student services, with preferably 2+ years in a coordination or operations-focused role within a Higher Education institution.

Experience working within an arts and academic context is highly preferred, especially in managing student application pipelines across undergraduate, graduate, and/or vocational programs. Solid understanding of admissions operations, including application processing, eligibility reviews, communication workflows, and coordination with academic departments. Familiarity with admissions policies, academic calendars, and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia and/or international higher education systems. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Management capabilitiesStrong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of student applications and related documentation across multiple cycles.

Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on process accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Experience in using student information systems (e. g. , Banner, PeopleSoft) and CRM tools to track application progress and generate reports. Ability to contribute to process improvement and standardization efforts in alignment with institutional goals and digital transformation initiatives. Proven capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy.
