Job PurposeLead and develop human capital excellence initiatives by designing and implementing strategies in training and capability building, competency frameworks, succession planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding programs. The role aims to ensure alignment with organizational goals and enhance the overall employee experience. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement training and capability-building programs to strengthen employees’ skills and knowledge. Design and apply the competency framework and link it with job descriptions and career paths. Establish and oversee succession planning programs to ensure business continuity and retention of critical talent. Drive and support talent acquisition efforts to attract and secure top talent.
Lead onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Promote excellence and continuous improvement in human capital practices and employee engagement. Monitor, evaluate, and report the impact of initiatives and recommend improvements. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within training, development, or HR excellence. Proven experience in training, capability building, competency frameworks, and succession planning. Strong background in talent acquisition and onboarding. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
