General Responsibilities⢠Develop and execute the High educational marketing strategy in alignment with the guidance from the President and Board of Trustees (BoT)⢠Represent the High educational institute to external stakeholders (private and public stakeholders) in a positive and professional manner⢠Contribute to the development of the High educational institute by increasing its visibility and reputation, and developing a strong brand position in the local and international art and creative industryStrategic Responsibilities⢠Responsible for leading and managing the marketing department of the High educational institute, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency⢠Collaborate with Admissions Head, Deans of Academies, Provost, and President to craft a unique positioning for the institution to attract prospective students and faculty⢠Drive growth and enrollment by conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns⢠Position the institution as a regional and international academic and artistic center by developing marketing initiatives and strategies and collaborating with other departments⢠Develop the brand and positioning of the institution and its various academies⢠Lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the institution and AcademiesOperational Responsibilities⢠Lead the marketing team including market research, campaign development and execution, digital marketing and analytics, branding, advertising, event management, marketing communication (internal and external), and public relations ⢠Ensure regulatory compliance of all marketing-related legislations & operating procedures and have oversight of relevant frameworks⢠Establish processes to maximize public relations, social media, digital marketing, and events to build relationships with industry leaders, the media, and the local community and promote the institution and its academies⢠Establish metrics, analytics, and reporting systems capable of overseeing marketing campaigns and strategies as well as risk management plans⢠Ensure effective management of the marketing budget and business plans and implement agile marketing policies & processes to meet growing and changing needs of the institution.
Ideal Experience, Capabilities and Skills: Industry Experience ⢠10+ years of experience in Marketing/Sales role, with preferably 8+ years in a reputed institute of higher education⢠Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies with extensive knowledge across all marketing aspects such as market research, campaign development and execution, digital marketing and analytics, branding, advertising, event management, communication, public relations, etc.
⢠Strong know-how of marketing and branding KPIs and proven track record of meeting lead generation goals⢠Strong domain knowledge across varied marketing functions⢠Masterâs degree is highly preferred⢠Affinity for the local, regional and international cultural industryManagement capabilities⢠Proven strategic mindset combined with a track record of execution & delivery excellence⢠Proven ability in managing and delivering outcomes at scale and complexity⢠Inclusive approach to leadership and team management⢠Proven organizational capabilities along with a data-driven, digital-first mindsetInterpersonal skills ⢠Strong interpersonal, persuasion and networking skills⢠Proven ability to adapt communication and working styles to suit a diverse internal and external audience⢠Able to generate innovative ideas to market the institution, its programs, and brandReporting Lines:
