Role SummaryThe International Relations Specialist (Senior – Expert) will represent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in international organizations, forums, and negotiations. The role requires a strong and confident personality, outstanding diplomatic skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior officials and international stakeholders. The candidate will ensure that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s interests are promoted and safeguarded on the global stage. Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with professionalism and authority in international organizations, conferences, and diplomatic events. Support and lead international negotiations, ensuring alignment with the Kingdom’s priorities and strategic objectives.

Develop, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with governments, embassies, and international institutions. Monitor global political, economic, and social developments, and provide high-level insights on their impact on the Kingdom. Draft and oversee the execution of international agreements, MoUs, and cooperation frameworks. Prepare briefing notes, reports, speeches, and presentations for senior leadership. Act as a spokesperson in international settings, demonstrating cultural awareness, confidence, and strong communication skills. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues in international relations and diplomatic practices. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

4–10+ years of relevant experience in diplomacy, international relations, or multilateral organizations. Strong leadership presence and excellent public-speaking and negotiation skills. Proven ability to represent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in high-level international settings. Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage. Solid understanding of diplomatic protocols, international law, and global governance frameworks. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced international environments.
