Key ResponsibilitiesMultilateral EngagementRepresent the organization in meetings, conferences, and negotiations within multilateral institutions (e. g. , UN, WTO, specialized agencies). Develop and maintain strong networks with representatives of member states, international organizations, and other stakeholders. Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with national and international stakeholders to align positions and strategies on multilateral issues. Facilitate inter-agency cooperation and ensure cohesive representation in international forums. International Relations & PolicyMonitor global developments relevant to the organization’s mandate and assess their implications. Draft position papers, policy recommendations, and official statements for participation in multilateral platforms.
Reporting & AnalysisPrepare comprehensive reports, briefing notes, and summaries on multilateral meetings and negotiations. Provide timely updates to senior leadership on relevant international developments. Language & CommunicationDraft and review official correspondence, speeches, and documents in both Arabic and English. Ensure all communications meet diplomatic and professional standards. Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Law, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in the multilateral sphere (United Nations, specialized agencies, WTO, etc. ). Proven track record in engaging stakeholders on multilateral platforms. Strong background in international relations and policy reporting. Languages:
Native-level Arabic and fluent English (spoken and written). Key SkillsStrong diplomatic, negotiation, and representation skills. Excellent research, analytical, and report-writing abilities. Ability to work effectively in multicultural and high-pressure environments. Strong interpersonal and networking capabilities.
