Investment Studies and Solutions Supervisor

Job Objective: Directly supervise the implementation of studies and initiatives related to identifying investment opportunities and developing integrated solutions. Oversee the preparation of investment reports and recommendations in coordination with relevant departments, contributing to attracting high-quality investments and enhancing strategic partnerships in line with the Authority’s objectives. Technical ResponsibilitiesSupervise the study of investment gaps in coordination with relevant entities to identify priority areas and align them with the Authority’s strategic plans.

Oversee the preparation of investment studies and analyses aimed at promoting growth in partnership with the private sector, ensuring the quality of outputs according to approved methodologies. Review and analyze developments in markets and regional and international practices related to investment and supply chains, and assess their applicability within the Authority. Supervise the provision of technical recommendations that contribute to the development of investment attraction strategies and support the establishment of high-value, sustainable partnerships. Lead efforts to build quality partnerships by coordinating with potential investors and facilitating negotiations to achieve the Authority’s investment objectives.

Oversee the issuance of periodic reports on investment solutions and ensure their alignment with the Authority’s priorities and strategic directions. Represent the Authority at local and international investment forums and events, in coordination with relevant departments, to promote opportunities and attract value-added investments. Supervise the documentation and activation of outputs from investment studies and recommendations, ensuring their implementation and monitoring their real-world impact. Maintain continuous coordination with relevant departments to ensure integration of efforts and achieve the highest levels of efficiency in the development and implementation of investment initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the technical team responsible for conducting studies and preparing investment models, providing professional support to ensure desired outcomes. Participate in reviewing and developing policies and procedural manuals related to investment solutions, in coordination with the concerned entities. General ResponsibilitiesMonitor the implementation of operational policies and procedures related to the department’s activities, ensuring compliance to achieve institutional efficiency. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to systems, procedures, and operational practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Supervise the preparation of periodic reports and ensure their accuracy and timely submission in accordance with general management requirements. Carry out any other tasks related to the scope of the position as assigned by direct management. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field from an accredited educational institution. Preference will be given to candidates holding specialized qualifications or training programs in areas such as investment, market analysis, or partnership development.
