Job Description: General ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of outreach activities to promote the educational institution’s programs, values, and civilizational mission to prospective students, schools, and community organizations. Act as a representative of the university in outreach events, exhibitions, school visits, and cultural forums. Contribute to building long-term relationships with key. Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure consistent messaging and impact. Strategic ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation of the student outreach strategy targeting local and international student audiences and promote diversity and inclusion.
Contribute to the planning of campaigns that highlight scholarship opportunities, cultural partnerships, and academic excellence. Operational ResponsibilitiesOrganize and participate in school visits, community events, university open days, and virtual outreach sessions. Maintain outreach calendars, logistics, and stakeholder communication records. Manage follow-ups with prospective students and school representatives, providing accurate and timely information. Collect, organize, and analyze outreach data (e. g. , attendance, engagement, inquiries). Prepare reports and summaries on outreach activities for internal review. Ensure availability and distribution of outreach materials and university collateral.
Actively engage with students, parents, and educators to build trust and promote interest in the distinguished programs offered by the educational institution. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Industry Experience 3–6 years of experience in outreach, education, community engagement, or student recruitment. Experience in organizing events or conducting school visits, preferably within the creative & arts or educational sector. Understanding of Saudi Arabia’s cultural landscape and student market dynamics. Management capabilitiesStrong organizational and planning skills. Ability to coordinate multiple outreach activities simultaneously with high attention to detail. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders.
Proficiency in using basic data tools and CRM systems for tracking outreach efforts. Interpersonal & Leadership SkillsWarm, approachable, and confident public speaker. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with youth, families, and educators. Effective communicator in both Arabic and English. Passionate about education, civilizational and community engagement, and community impact. Adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven team.
