Job Description

SummaryLead end-to-end payroll and HC services, ensuring timely, accurate pay and meticulous employee master data. Partner closely with Finance, HC, and the HRIS team to strengthen processes, improve automation, and safeguard data privacy. The ideal candidate is hands-on with data, strong in Excel. ResponsibilitiesPayroll OperationsManage monthly and off-cycle payroll from inputs through approvals and posting. Validate earnings, deductions, overtime, loans/advances, leave encashments, and end-of-service benefits in line with policy and Saudi Labor Law. Coordinate payroll reconciliations and journals with Finance; address variances and retro corrections. Oversee final settlements and ensure smooth offboarding.

HC Services & Data GovernanceOwn employee master data accuracy across the lifecycle (hire, movements, leaves, exits). Deliver HC services (employment letters, benefits enrollment, leave administration, ticketing) with a service-oriented mindset. Maintain SOPs, controls, and audit trails; safeguard personal data in line with PDPL. Compliance & AuditEnsure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and local requirements, including WPS/Mudad and GOSI. Prepare for audits, respond to findings, and keep policies and procedures current. Systems, Reporting & Continuous ImprovementPartner with the HRIS team to implement and enhance payroll/HC processes within the company’s HR systems. Improve handoffs with time & attendance, banking, and Finance stakeholders.

Build practical reports and data checks that strengthen data quality and reduce manual work. Champion simplification, standardization, and user training to embed best practices. People, Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementLead and coach a small team; promote cross-training and service excellence. Manage relationships with banks, benefits administrators, and service providers. Collaborate with HRBPs, Rewards, Talent, IT, and Finance to resolve complex cases. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field. 6+ years of payroll experience, including time in a payroll lead/manager role. Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, WPS/Mudad, GOSI, EOSB, and PDPL/data privacy practices.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query/Power Pivot, lookups). Experience with time & attendance solutions and payroll banking file flows. Comfortable partnering with HRIS on HR/payroll cloud suites; experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and SAP is preferred. Bilingual: Arabic and English (written and spoken).
