Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage strategic projects and programs across multiple business units. Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, tools, templates, and reporting dashboards. Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets. Implement and champion business excellence models (EFQM, Baldrige, or equivalent) to drive organizational performance. Identify and deliver process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment between strategy, operations, and project execution. Facilitate change management activities to support adoption of new processes and systems. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for C-suite and board review.
What are we Looking for: Proven experience in Project Management, or Business Excellence roles. Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and portfolio management. Familiarity with process improvement frameworks and performance excellence models. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus. Academics and certification requirement: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field. Certification in project management or Business Excellence (e. g. PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP) is a plus.
