Job Description

Position Overview: The HR Advisor to the CEO serves as the primary strategic human resources partner to the CEO, providing expert counsel on all people-related matters that impact organizational performance, culture, and strategic direction. This role combines high-level HR expertise with executive advisory skills to ensure that human capital strategies align with the company’s vision, business objectives, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Strategic AdvisoryServe as a trusted HR consultant to the CEO on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning. Advise on HR implications of strategic decisions, business growth, restructuring, and change management initiatives.

Support the CEO in shaping and maintaining a high-performance culture aligned with company values. Talent Management & Leadership SupportPartner with the CEO to identify and develop top leadership talent and succession plans. Provide counsel on performance management, executive compensation, and incentive plans. Organizational DevelopmentAdvise on organizational design, team structures, and reporting lines to ensure efficiency and agility. Champion diversity, equity, and initiatives across the organization. Support the CEO in employee engagement, retention strategies, and employer branding. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure HR policies and practices meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Advise the CEO on workforce-related risk mitigation and crisis management.

Monitor trends in employment law and HR best practices to proactively address potential challenges. Change & Transformation LeadershipPartner with the CEO to lead organizational change, mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring efforts. Drive communication strategies to ensure transparency and trust during major organizational changes. Qualifications & Skills: Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a strategic advisory role. Proven track record of partnering with C-level executives in dynamic organizations. Skills & CompetenciesExceptional strategic thinking and business acumen.

Strong understanding of Saudi Labor law, HR best practices, and organizational psychology. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to handle confidential information with the highest degree of integrity. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): CEO satisfaction with HR advisory support and strategic alignment. Improvement in leadership bench strength and succession readiness. Employee engagement and retention metrics. Compliance audit results and risk mitigation effectiveness. Successful implementation of HR strategies supporting organizational growth.
