HR Sr. ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Sr. Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support our growing organization. This role is critical in shaping our people strategy, driving HR operations excellence, and building a positive workplace culture. The HR Sr. Manager will act as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring HR practices align with business goals while fostering employee engagement, development, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR LeadershipPartner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and growth plans. Drive Saudization initiatives and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Lead organizational development programs to support change management and transformation. HR Operations & AdministrationOversee daily HR operations, including personnel records, employee contracts, and HR reporting. Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee experiences. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with Finance. Talent Acquisition & Employer BrandingLead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire high-caliber talent. Develop workforce planning strategies with department heads. Promote employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice. Performance Management & LearningImplement and monitor performance management frameworks to drive accountability and results.

Identify training needs and design learning programs to build employee capabilities. Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Employee Experience & EngagementDevelop and implement engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Enhance internal communication channels to keep employees informed and motivated. Ensure fair and consistent employee relations practices across the organization. Organizational Development & Employee GrowthDrive initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, culture-building, and change management. Develop and implement training, learning, and development programs to enhance employee skills and future readiness. Partner with leaders to design career pathways, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks.

Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and collaboration across teams. Monitor HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide insights for organizational improvement. Government Relations & ComplianceManage compliance with Saudi labor laws and related government requirements. Oversee all government relations matters including visas, work permits, and portal management. Act as the HR focal point for inspections, audits, and legal matters. Administration & Employee ServicesOversee administrative services such as office management and employee support. Ensure smooth coordination of administrative functions across departments. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR systems, and HR best practices. Demonstrated experience across the full HR spectrum: HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and organizational development. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Bilingual (Arabic & English) highly preferred.
