Job Title: Executive Assistant to Ultra High Net Worth Family OfficeLocation: Los Angeles (beautiful office!)Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + amazing benefitsKorean language skills are a plus!Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly organized, poised, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of an ultra-high-net-worth family office. This position requires exceptional communication skills and a high level of professionalism, as the successful candidate will be working closely with executives and their team, as well as coordinating with teams located in the family office's headquarters that are international.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of professional assistant experience, the ability to handle confidential information, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing itineraries. Serve as a liaison between the executives, team members, and external partners, maintaining clear and effective communication. Assist in managing projects and coordinating tasks between the family office team in the U. S. and headquarters, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Organize events, meetings, and special projects as needed. Manage and prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, maintaining office supplies, and processing documents. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar professional assistant role. ConfidentialityBachelor's degree required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
