The right candidate will combine strategic thinking with operational rigor and will drive the company’s transformation through both organic and innovative growth strategies.

Position SummaryReporting directly to the Board of Directors, the President will have oversight across various key functional areas of the company. This leader will drive company-wide transformation and lead the organization into its next phase of strategic growth, while enhancing operational efficiency through digital innovation and AI integration. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth Leadership: Define and drive the next phase of profitable growth for one of the largest digital brands in North America. Set the high-level vision and strategy in collaboration with the Board and align cross-functional teams to execute on priorities. Digital and AI Transformation:

Lead investments in AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, drive automation, and enable customer-centric digital innovations that accelerate growth. Profitability Focus: Maintain an innate focus on profitability. Ensure operational scalability and that all growth initiatives contribute to improved bottom-line performance. Private Label & Wholesale Expansion: Guide and scale private label and wholesale strategies as key growth drivers. Experience in building and scaling owned brands and wholesale partnerships is highly valuable. Product Leadership: Oversee the merchandising strategy, expanding product offerings and ensuring a differentiated and compelling assortment that deepens customer engagement. Operational Rigor:

Apply strong operational discipline to improve processes, optimize organizational structure, and drive sustainable efficiency. People Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance team. Further the culture of collaboration, accountability, and AI led innovation across the organization. Innovation Focus: Ideate and support innovative initiatives that unlock new revenue streams and enhance the company’s market leadership. Qualifications & RequirementsProven President-Level Operator: Demonstrated leadership experience at the President or equivalent executive level, ideally in a digitally led business. Digital & E-Commerce Expertise: Track record of success leading digitally native or digitally-focused organizations. Bonus points if you bring a strong merchant perspective. AI & Technology Savvy:

Hands-on experience leading technology-enabled transformations, including AI-driven efficiency initiatives. P&L and Profitability Focus: Strong financial acumen with deep experience managing full P&L ownership in ideally both growth-oriented and special situations businesses. Operational Excellence: Skilled at improving processes, scaling organizations, and driving operational improvements that unlock growth. Transformational Leadership: Ability to lead complex change, set strategic direction, and motivate diverse teams. Hands-On, Entrepreneurial Mindset: Willingness to roll up sleeves and work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
