Executive Follow-up ExpertJob Summary: This position reports administratively to the Project Management Office and works directly and in the field with the President’s Assistants and their teams to ensure the effective implementation of all strategic plans and tasks. The role involves precise executive follow-up on all projects, initiatives, and operational tasks issued by the President’s Office, ensuring compliance with designated timelines through continuous coordination with the President’s Assistants and relevant departments, data analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive reports to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Daily and direct coordination with the President’s Assistants and relevant departments to obtain accurate and regular updates on the implementation status of projects and strategic plans. Preparing and submitting regular follow-up reports (weekly and monthly) that present progress rates, challenges, deviations, and recommendations, using templates approved by the Project Management Office. Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data received from work teams to assess performance levels and compliance with directives. Monitoring operational challenges and obstacles and proposing immediate corrective actions and solutions. Ensuring all concerned entities comply with deadlines and provide reports and data with the required quality.
Supporting the Project Management Office in preparing high-level periodic presentations to be presented to the President. Developing tools, templates, and follow-up mechanisms to enhance efficiency and accuracy in monitoring and reporting processes. Systematically organizing and maintaining all documents, records, and data related to follow-up tasks for easy reference. Contributing to knowledge sharing and improving institutional practices in the field of executive follow-up. Qualifications and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or any related field. Professional certifications in project management (e. g. , PMP or PRINCE2) are preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields such as executive follow-up, project management, or strategic reporting. Strong skills in data analysis, critical thinking, and drawing conclusions from various data sources. Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all job levels, particularly senior leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with knowledge of project management systems (e. g. , MS Project, Monday. com, or Smartsheet). Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure within tight deadlines.
High accuracy in writing and drafting reports in Arabic, with a preference for proficiency in English as well.
