Job Summary: The HR Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing daily administrative and HR duties. The role involves tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining HR records. The HR Executive helps to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department and contributes to a productive and positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying staffing needs and coordinate the hiring process. Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports. Manage attendance, leaves, and employee benefits data. Coordinate with payroll teams for timely and accurate salary disbursements. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities. Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies. Support audits and documentation requirements related to statutory regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience. Knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
