Job Description

Job Summary: The Attractions Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Park Rides and Attractions, ensuring seamless functioning of rides, attractions, guest services, and safety protocols. This role demands hands-on leadership, operational efficiency, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a dynamic, seasonal environment. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: - Responsible for daily operations of Rides, Attractions, and support guest service areas. - Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Attractions and Ride operations, queue management, guest interactions and ensuring optimal through-put for every Attractions.

- Coordinate with Vendors and manage directly third-party manpower suppliers for Ride Operators and/or Ride Attendants to ensure consistent service delivery and the highest safety standards. - Support and be directly involved in Park Duty Manager Roster for Event. Safety & Compliance: - Ensure all Attractions and Rides meet local safety regulations and international standards. - Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure staff are trained in emergency procedures. - Liaise with Maintenance Team to ensure operational readiness and timely resolution of Attractions and Ride Issues.

- Coordinate and work closely with Maintenance Team in the event of Emergency Response including but not limited to Ride Failure, Evacuation, Activating Medical or First Aid Services, Post Incident investigations with Health & Safety. - Prepare, craft, enhance, train and execute proper documentation in relation to Attractions and Rides including but not limited to supporting Risk Assessments creation, Operational Checklists, Attractions Punch-lists and Sign-In / Sign-Out List, Team Rostering, Attractions & Rides Operational Reports (Data logging, Downtime Documentation) and as per Management’s requirements.

- Operational leadership in a fast-paced, seasonal environment- Skilled in Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel- Proficiency in CAD drawings’ creation and/or review will be added- value- Safety and compliance expertise- Staff training and team development- Budgeting and resource management- Guest-centric mindset- Crisis and risk management
