Ensure client information is well guarded by following the clear desk policy procedures and account materials are appropriately documented {ex, KYC). Be aware of operational risk associated with the role and the action to be taken to minimize the likelihood of operational risk occurring including risk identification, assessment, and control, loss identification and reporting.
By compiling up to date market information on VIP packages competitor banks. Conduct regular visits outside of the branch to potential and existing customers and follow up on referrals. Refer business to other departments to help achieve set goals and targets by achieving a two way cross selling / referral process and promoting E channels. Ensure all customers problems, complaints and query are handled professionally and efficiently. Minimum Qualifications: University Graduate in Business, Accounting or FinanceMulti-lingual (English/Arabic) preferredMinimum Experience: 5-6 years' Retail Banking experience in sales and marketing position.
