Job Description

Job Purpose: To support B2B team for reaching high level of service provided. Main Tasks: Hand over and receive all documents with internal department and make track report. Ensure Documentation should be both physical and electronic. Prepare monthly master date to all client & employees. Prepare daily track report for pending requests. Handover all documents to clients on client site (Riyadh). Report and track on the contract’s status. Submit & follow up on TS submitting, payroll confirmation and invoices issuance on time. Prepare Operation monthly reports. Preform and task and duties assigned from direct management. Required Skills:

Fluent in English LanguageSaudi Nationality Diploma or higher Good communication skills
