Be Part of a Growing TeamAre you passionate about finding the right people and shaping the future of a company? We are looking for a talented recruiter to join our team in Singapore and drive hiring initiatives across Asia Pacific. This role is about more than filling vacancies—it’s about creating meaningful connections, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and have a knack for spotting great talent, this could be the right opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be DoingYour day-to-day work will involve partnering with managers to understand their hiring needs, designing sourcing strategies, and managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish. Whether it’s conducting interviews, coordinating job postings, or negotiating offers, you’ll ensure the process is smooth and efficient. You’ll also take an active role in employer branding efforts, from representing the company at career fairs to engaging with professionals on LinkedIn and other platforms. Working closely with HR, you’ll help new hires transition smoothly into the organization.
What You BringWe are seeking someone with strong regional recruitment experience—at least five years—who is comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines. You should be well-versed in modern recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication in English and Mandarin is required, as you will interact with stakeholders and candidates across markets, including China and Taiwan.
