Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable Strategic Programme Manager with strong experience in logistics and supply chain-related business development or key account management. This role is focused on driving sales performance, deepening industry partnerships, executing capability-building programmes, and delivering top-tier service quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, is unafraid of targets, and takes full ownership of outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Sales & Performance ManagementSet and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and performance targets for programmes and initiatives. Monitor progress rigorously, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures to ensure targets are met.

Design and launch new initiatives or service offerings to drive market relevance and value. - Stakeholder EngagementPlan and execute industry networking events and corporate engagement activities in line with budget and objectives. Facilitate executive-level meetings and site visits with key partners and stakeholders. Cultivate strong, lasting relationships across logistics and supply chain industry players, business associations, and strategic collaborators. Represent the organisation in sector events and industry forums to strengthen visibility and relevance. - Service ExcellenceReview documentation and ensure operational processes are accurate, complete, and in compliance with internal quality standards.

Provide consultative guidance and solutions to partner organisations throughout engagement and delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. Uphold a standard of excellence across all outputs — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism. - Leadership & InnovationDemonstrate personal leadership and accountability, and lead cross-functional collaboration where required. Develop thought leadership content that positions the organisation as a key contributor to the logistics and supply chain sector. Drive continuous improvement in both functional and behavioural competencies for self and team. Innovate and refine programme design to meet evolving industry needs and deliver meaningful impact.

RequirementsStrong background in business development or key account management within the logistics and supply chain sector. Results-oriented with the ability to set and meet aggressive performance goals. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and executive communication. Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and strong execution capabilities. Resilient, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-changing business environment. Takes full ownership of work and demonstrates a high standard of professional excellence.
