Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accuracy of candidate data. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings, as needed. Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics (e. g. , time-to-hire, pipeline status). Support employer branding activities, recruitment campaigns, and job fairs. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Collaborate with the HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoff of selected candidates. Liaise with employees and PROs to gather and verify required documentation for employment.
Maintain accurate visa records and documentation for audits and internal reporting. Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies and communicate updates to management. Support onboarding of new employees with visa and residency-related procedures. Assist with visa processing for business travel, partner visits, or special projects as required. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or administrative HR roles in UAE. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Experience in PowerBI is an advantage. Must have strong reporting skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
