Job Description

Job Title: Senior Director, Global Managed ServicesLocation: North AmericaWe are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Director, Managed Services to lead and grow our global cloud managed services business. This executive will be responsible for scaling operations, strengthening customer satisfaction, and ensuring financial performance across our portfolio of cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, DataDog, and Salesforce, etc. ). The ideal candidate brings deep experience in cloud managed services delivery, P&L ownership, and a passion for innovation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Strategic LeadershipDefine and execute the global managed services strategy aligned with corporate growth goals.

Shape the service portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market approach in collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Sales, and Marketing. Drive innovation in service offerings, automation, and customer self-service models. Operations & DeliveryOversee delivery teams across global locations, ensuring service excellence, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement. Own project management, delivery approach, and resourcing plans. Optimize service operations through AI, automation, and standardized tooling. Financial & Business ManagementOwn P&L responsibility for the professional managed services business. Drive margin expansion through operational efficiency and leverage models (e. g. , Global Delivery Center optimization). Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost controls.

Customer & Partner EngagementServe as a senior escalation point for key clients; build trusted relationships with customer executives. Partner with cloud providers to align managed services with cloud adoption incentives and programs. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to expand accounts and drive renewals. Team & Talent DevelopmentBuild and lead a high-performing global team including regional delivery managers. Foster a culture of accountability, customer obsession, and continuous learning. Lead upskilling initiatives to ensure capabilities align with evolving cloud trends. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in cloud managed services, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

Proven success in leading multi-million-dollar service operations with P&L responsibility. Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed service constructs (ITIL, DevOps, SRE, etc. ). Experience working in a global services environment. With offshore delivery models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills. Metrics-driven with a hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement. Proficiency in utilizing technology for service delivery and optimization.
