This is a key role within the business, responsible for driving forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless alignment between demand and supply across the region.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across a diverse product portfolioCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service to align forecasts with business objectivesAnalyze historical data and market trends to identify patterns and improve forecast reliabilityMonitor supply plans and inventory levels to mitigate risks of stockouts or excess stockContribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with actionable insights and recommendationsIdentify and communicate supply risks, implementing recovery strategies where neededEnsure data integrity across planning systems such as SAP, JDA Demand, and BWMaintain documentation and audit trails for planning processesWork closely with internal stakeholders to resolve supply challenges and enhance transparencySupport continuous improvement initiatives in forecasting and inventory managementCandidate ProfileWe’re looking for a proactive and analytical professional with a strong background in supply chain planning.

The ideal candidate will bring: A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline2-4 years planning experience in FMCG, FOOD highly desirableProven experience in demand AND supply planning within the FMCG sectorStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency in planning tools and systems including SAP, JDA Demand, BW, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesIf this exciting role is of interest, simply APPLY and James Slaven will handle your application in confidence.
