Job DescriptionLocation: Connemara Coast Hotel, Coisméig Mór, FurboghJoin our fabulous team at the Connemara Coast Hotel as a Front Office Receptionist. The receptionist role is an exciting role that involves providing our guests with top customer service and completing administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Front Desk function.

Your role with us will include: To complete duties as requested by the Front Office Manager & Supervisor To greet any arriving guests in a warm and welcoming manner, acknowledging them immediately and attending to them as soon as possibleTo efficiently check in guests, confirming that all details and any special requests are correctly updated on HotSoft and communicated to relevant team membersTo promote a helpful and professional image at all times and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, with a prompt caring and helpful attitudeTo confirm/offer dinner reservations to all guests upon check in.

To provide information/directions and answer queries about the local area/amenitiesTo ensure all room service calls are handled quickly and efficientlyRequirementsAbout The RoleThe ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role. Strong work ethic and customer centric mindset requiredExcellent spoken English requiredExcellent organisation and communication skills requiredAbility to learn new information requiredResilience and capable of working under pressure a distinct advantageThe ideal candidate must be available to morning and evening shifts throughout the week, weekends and public holidays.
