About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in supporting the full employee lifecycle within a government contracting environment. This pivotal role involves managing core HR operations, including payroll administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee relations, compliance reporting, and benefits administration.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in small business HR functions, with proficiency in HRIS systems such as iSolved, and experience working within federal government contractor regulations. This position offers the flexibility of primarily remote work, with occasional in-office participation for team meetings, onboarding sessions, and collaborative initiatives. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in ensuring HR compliance, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices.
