ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through calendar management, correspondence, and reportingCoordinate and organize internal and external meetings, appointments, client site inspections, and follow-ups for the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring all arrangements reflect the property's luxury standardsDraft, proofread, and manage the timely delivery of contracts and client communications, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and brand voiceMaintain and update client and lead records within the CRM systems (e. g.
, Opera, Delphi), ensuring data integrity and facilitating targeted sales initiativesServe as a key point of contact for clients and partners, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive brand experience at all stages of the sales cycleAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of on-property and off-property events, including familiarization (FAM) trips, media visits, trade shows, sales blitzes, and client appreciation eventsEnsure brand compliance and consistency across all sales and marketing materials and communications, in alignment with corporate guidelines and luxury positioningLiaise cross-functionally with various hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of group and individual stays, VIP arrangements, and promotional activationsMonitor sales performance metrics and report updates to the sales teamSupport the Sales & Marketing team in conducting market research and competition analysis to identify new business opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordinator role within the hospitality industryStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English; additional languages are a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareAttention to detail and a customer-focused mindsetA proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefitsAt Conrad Athens The Ilisian, you'll be part of a world-renowned luxury brand where creativity, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence are celebrated.
