The tasks include accounting closing procedure, disclosure documents, external auditor, corporate income tax and consumption tax and etc.***** only candidates currently reside in Japan with valid working visa will be considered for the role. This is not a full remote position **** メインの職務/Key Responsibilitiesメインの職務連結パッケージ作成・レビュー(月次・四半期・年次)連結調整仕訳入力(月次・四半期・年次)会社法・金商法の開示業務監査法人対応収益認識、原価計算、移転価格プロジェクト等への参画その他、会社の業務拡大に併せて必要な会計処理を検討必須スキル/Basic Qualifications必須スキル5年以上の会計税務の実務経験(事業会社、監査法人問わず、会計基準はJGAAP及びUSGAAP) 英語中級程度(海外子会社とのメール、オンラインミーティング、F2Fでの英語使用機会あり)連結決算業務経験Microsoft Officeに関する相当程度の知識・経験（Excel, Word, PowerPoint）チームワークに長けていること歓迎スキル/Preferred Qualifications歓迎スキル上場会社での経理経験移転価格文書作成や国際税務に関する知識原価計算に関する知識・経験会計システムの導入やExcelによる業務効率化の経験その他/Othersその他新しい会計事象について積極的に検討し、監査法人と議論できる方OthersProactively consider new accounting matters and discuss them with the auditing firmOnly shortlisted candidate will be contacted for interview.
